Four of our computers were having internet problems after internet provider gave us a new static ip address. It was a tricky issue and 24×7 figured it out and followed up to make sure it didn’t reoccur.

The infamous ‘upgrade’ got me again. Derick was terrific – responded quickly to the trouble ticket, was easy to work with, and worked around my schedule. Relatively easy fix but done skillfully and with an appropriate sense of urgency.

I needed to remotely access our cloud network on the weekend from home using my new laptop and within minutes they had me fixed. Fast and efficient!

The issue was understood and resolved in a timely manner. I was contacted once the work was complete, and they ensured there were no further problems. When I was unable to receive an email from a customer, the team identified the issue quickly and restored functionality. They confirmed my email had been marked as spam and resolved it promptly. Zach scheduled an appointment, called on time, and fixed the issue efficiently. The problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly, including working through a hard restart of my laptop. Overall, the response was fast and effective.

Cost effective way not to need an IT department in house. Allows all users on your network to use the same versions of programs, which when different versions are used can be problematic and expensive to correct. When questions arise, they are quick to respond and correct.

When we call, we’ve never had a problem with getting fast response and the server monitoring and maintenance service allows me to not even think about our server and computer network, I don’t even notice it, it’s hard to tell because it always is working.

They did a great job moving and setting up our operations to the Cloud and Networking the complex IT stuff that’s over our head. As they Say we are not in the business of IT, they are. We have never regretted the decision. Now that we have decided to retire and close our business….24×7 I.T. Solutions is there once again for our needs. We worked with Steve in reducing our needs as we close our business. After hanging up the phone with Steve, my husband and I felt like we had a weight lifted off our shoulders. Calbag vendors often assume that Calbag’s network can be used to support their equipment. When things don’t work, they blame me, and I get stuck in between a vendor who doesn’t understand what they’re doing (which they don’t openly admit to) and an IT MSP who can only act on the little they know about what the vendor is trying to do. Once I requested that 24×7 provide support to this vendor, they worked patiently and persistently to help the vendor through to a resolution. Importantly, we kept the ball in the vendor’s court so as to avoid the appearance of slowness or lack of follow through. The ticket is also rich with sufficient detail to allow someone else to step-in and pick up where someone else left off. Well done.
