I had an issue with my emails not going out. I had done a number of marketing emails and they all bounced back. Derrick was able to resolve the issue on one call. He was extremely professional and was on top of it. Ari was extremely helpful and patient while working through the situation. He then called back the next day to follow up. Above and beyond helpful. Working with Ari was simple and quick. He was patient and explained clearly. Chris is extremely patient and helpful. Overall, the response was fast and effective.

Cost effective way not to need an IT department in house. Allows all users on your network to use the same versions of programs, which when different versions are used can be problematic and expensive to correct. When questions arise, they are quick to respond and correct.

Had a problem with documents not printing. Contacted 24×7 and Steve was assigned to fix my issue. He was calm, courteous, and very helpful. I usually dread tech support calls, but Steve made it a very pleasant experience. I would recommend 24×7 to anyone needing technical support.
