They did a great job moving and setting up our operations to the Cloud and Networking the complex IT stuff that’s over our head. As they Say we are not in the business of IT, they are. We have never regretted the decision. Now that we have decided to retire and close our business….24×7 I.T. Solutions is there once again for our needs. We worked with Steve in reducing our needs as we close our business. After hanging up the phone with Steve, my husband and I felt like we had a weight lifted off our shoulders. We are very appreciative of Steve and the 24×7 team and we prepare for retirement.

The folks at 24×7 are the most knowledgeable, responsive, and….this is important… PATIENT support team I have ever worked with and I’ve been working since before before computers were even a thing. To a person, they have been consistently solution driven, and what I most admire is their steadfast calm and resourcefulness when faced with a big hot mess. Super helpful as they can be, given the impossible situation. Truly 24×7! reliably fast, helpful responses to questions 🙂

We have been using 24×7 for many years now. The tech support guys never disappoint. They are alway prompt and knowledgeable, solving whatever we throw at them. Follow-up is fantastic, they always make sure the problem is solved. I no longer dread when something goes wrong with my computer.
